Recruitment Manager

Define and execute full-cycle recruitment process for multiple locations in 5 states (approximately 300 employees).Collaborate with team members and business leaders, developing creative sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.Lead college career fairs; including, collateral logistics, booth setup and staffing.Identify target organizations, user groups, or professional associations to proactively source qualified candidates.Provide an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication.Creatively partner with marketing on employment branding initiatives.Assist in employee retention and developmentTrack recruiting metrics to optimize hiring outcomes.
