We’re proud of brands, like COLORBOND ® steel that inspire and protect everything from hospitals to bridges and stadiums.The OpportunityOur Lysaght business is looking for two Operations Team Leaders to join the leadership team.  We have a day shift opportunity in our Structural Team and an afternoon shift opportunity in the Rainwater Goods Team.  Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.As an Operations Team Leader based in Emu Plains, you’ll play an essential role in coordinating production activities while ensuring safety and adherence to transport schedules. Your leadership will guide the team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.What Will You Do?This dynamic role offers a variety of responsibilities every day, allowing you to utilise your skills and contribute to the safety of your colleagues and the quality of our products. Your key tasks will include:Assisting the Operations Supervisor in promoting safe work practices, including the use of mobile equipment, cranes, and loading products for transportOrganising labour and equipment effectively to meet daily loading prioritiesEnsuring accurate picking, loading, and recording of products for deliveryMaintaining clear communication with both internal and external teamsKeeping your work area clean, safe, and organisedMore About YouWe’re seeking reliable, dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and develop within our organisation.
