Temp Customer Service Level 1$15.50/hourMonday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pmDo you strive to provide excellent customer service? We have a full-time job opening for a Temp Customer Service Level 1 for one of the largest insurance providers in the country in Dakota Dunes, SD. In this position, you would provide exceptional customer service, take inbound and outbound calls, and verify information. Conduct Inbound/Outbound calls
Collect and verify information
Answering customer questions and resolve customer concerns
Data Entry
Accurately compose written information
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Longevity in job history
Former customer service experience
Dependable and reliable
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Efficient computer skills
