Bosch offers an excellent Rotational Development Program (RDP) that is tailor-made for Bachelor's and Master's candidates. This 24-month entry-level rotational program is designed to provide you with professional and leadership opportunities throughout the Logistics Team. The Rotational Development Program consists of three or four rotations spanning 24 months that are customized for you. You will gain extensive experience of working with varied work teams and environments. In addition, you will be assigned an executive mentor to provide professional coaching and career guidance, and a peer mentor to help you navigate through the program. Also, you will have the opportunity to participate in structured networking events and targeted training to gain leadership exposure.  Responsibilities in this program will Include: (but are not limited to)Develop and implement solutions that focus on reducing lead time throughout value streamActively use continuous improvement tools and Lean Systems design to continuously improve value streamReduce cost by eliminating waste related to the supply chain and returnables managementDevelops standardized work in respective area for Material Flow Center (MFC) associatesDevelop, update, and maintain various Plan for Every Part worksheets (PFEPs)Facilitate and recommend departmental layouts that optimize material flow and support continuous improvement projectsActively pursue new systems, technologies, and the drive for a connected value stream (including but not limited to:  Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), etc.Provide logistics support on cross-functional teams including Lean Line Designs (LLD)
