Manufacturing Molding Engineer - HDEV

Responsible for production molding and handling equipment to assure robust manufacturing performance.Maintain operator molding standard work instructions, PFMEA matrix, document change checklist, etc.Responsible for setup/maintenance of interfaces such as mold press and auxiliary handling equipmentMold releases for new customers/projectsSupport the manufacturing function regarding IATF16949 and Bosch standard requirementDevelop, maintain, and apply lean manufacturing principles (BPS) throughout the value stream with regards to equipment design, selection, layouts, and material flow.Create and maintain manufacturing documentation and quality plans according to company standards (including process flow diagrams, control plans, PFMEA, PQIs, process control documentation, standard work instructions, etc…).Identify and lead projects to improve safety, cost, quality, delivery, and utilization of manufacturing processes in order to meet Policy Deployment objectives.
