Finance Supervisor

Scope of Position:The Finance Supervisor oversees all financial activities of the hotel, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position plays a key role in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.                                      Summary of Responsibilities: Financial Reporting:Prepare and review financial reconciliations.Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports.Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor the finance team, including general cashier, accounts payable, and accounts receivable personnel.Provide guidance and training to ensure high-quality work and professional development.General Ledger Management:Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.Review/Prepare journal entries and adjustments.Audit Support:Coordinate and support internal and external audits.Provide auditors with necessary documentation and explanations.Ensure audit findings are addressed promptly.Compliance and Regulations:Ensure that all Accor Policy and procedure are implemented by the HotelProcess Improvement:Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiencies in the finance department.Other:Any other task that might be allocated to you by the Hotel.
