Lead continuous improvement projects spanning across multiple functions, both internal and external to the plant

Complete 8D process and reports to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, internal product/process failures, equipment malfunctions and other plant support issues

Design and coordinate change management activities (PWP, FWP and Implementation)

Mentor/train engineers and technicians

Lead vendor, customer, internal and certification audits, both on-site and off-site

Perform and participate in risk assessments (HAZOP, JSA, MOC, etc.)

Present metrics and reports to management and external customers

Champion and adhere to all Safety, Health, and Enviromental standards.

YOUR SKILLS

BS in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry required or extensive experiencein the field of polymers, polyurethanes, and adhesives.

Minimum 5-10+ years of engineering experience in Project Management, Process Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering in semiconductor packaging or chemical processing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Mixing, coating, and converting.

Six Sigma Green belt certification; Black belt preferred.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
