Daily/Weekly Rentals: Process rentals like a pro, handling general customer information intake, processing payments, and updating account information.

Billing Boss:

RTO, Set Up & Billing: Manage monthly billing through ACH payments or credit cards on file, create detailed summary sheets, and communicate with customers about updates, machine trade-outs, or payment issues.

Job Description Dynamo:

Manage Job Descriptions & Posts: Coordinate with location staff for application and interview needs, scheduling, and ensure everything runs smoothly for all our locations.

Inventory Innovator:

Inventory Management: Keep our inventory updated as items are sold, purchased, traded-in, or transferred between locations. Your organization skills will keep us on top of everything!

Timekeeping Titan:

Employee Clock-In/Out: Review and confirm weekly clock-in and clock-out times, manage PTO requests, and ensure we always have adequate staff in the office.

Paperwork Pro:

Office Organization: Maintain organized office paperwork including quotes, rentals, sales, receipts, and SOPs. Innovate new processes to keep us running efficiently.

Customer Care Champion:

Customer Accounts: Review customer accounts, communicate about past due statuses, and adjust accounts as needed in HBS. Your friendly reminders will help keep everyone on track!
