    Orientation and training of new employees.
    Create and manage employee work schedules
    Assigns duties to workshop and wash bay employees
    Oversee employees’ work, tasks and standards.
    Process work orders.
    Enter job card information into database.
    Maintain work records and files.
    Assists in repair, maintenance or other tasks involved in work orders.
    Review work completed to ensure it is up to quality standards.
    Enforce all health and safety policies in the workshop and wash bay.
    Ensure that all deadlines are met.
    Addresses and resolves issues and complaints.
    Inspect workshop, wash bay and other equipment.
    Fix and service or arrange for equipment and machinery to be fixed and serviced as necessary.
    Order supplies.
    Operate workshop machinery and equipment when required.
    Ensure that workshop and wash bay is clean, organized, and free of dangerous or hazardous material.
