What you will be doing:Provision of friendly and efficient food and beverage service that meets the guests’ expectations.Your daily mission will include:Perform the tasks of order taking and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.Taking orders, ensure following sequence of service to a 5 star standard.Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy by following a hygienic food service techniques during service.Take responsibility for your designated area / section and station.Promptly answer the telephone and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
