Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and trade union engagement? Join Rotork as an HR Specialist and play a key role in supporting our people and operations across the Americas region. Based in Winston Salem, you’ll be part of a collaborative HR Delivery team, helping to shape a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance and consistency in HR practices. This is a great opportunity to work in a global business where your expertise in union environments will be highly valued. As an HR Specialist, you’ll support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to offboarding and performance management. A key focus of your role will be providing administrative and coordination support for employee relations cases and managing interactions with the Trade Union at our Winston Salem plant. You’ll ensure compliance with local labor laws, maintain accurate HR data, and support HR policy application and improvement. You’ll also contribute to compensation processes, culture and talent initiatives, and regional HR projects.Experience Required5+ years in HR, with proven experience in employee relations and working with trade unions—ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. HR or business-related qualifications are a plus.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues and build trust with union representatives and employees.
