You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your expertise will help shape outcomes across multiple business lines and functions on a broad range of legal matters. The role will have a lawyer reporting to it, giving the right person the opportunity to build a high-performing and impactful team.If you’ve worked in-house, have experience in providing advice on high value commercial contracts, have some experience in M&A and want to work with a great team, we’d like to meet you.What we’re looking for from you:Deliver timely, accurate, and pragmatic legal advice to support business objectives while managing risk.Partner and work collaboratively with the operational and functional business units to achieve commercial outcomes within the risk acceptance level set.Provide legal support and advice on all transactional and contractual issues across (including supply contracts, business/asset acquisitions and disposals, property).Manage claims and litigation, engaging external counsel where appropriate.Advise on Data Privacy matters (with external legal support).Provide guidance of matters relating to M&A from due diligence to integration (with support from external).Develop, review and update internal governance policiesCollaborate with global colleagues on cross-border projects and initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement streamlining processes and activity through the adoption of existing and new technology.Develop others and share expertise and knowledge.Lead and mentor a direct report, fostering a high-performing and engaged legal team.
