What you’ll doYour role will focus on managing day-to-day fleet operations, including maintenance, compliance, cost management, and stakeholder relationships. It is based in Wetherill Park and reports to the Fleet Manager.Provide administrative support within the Fleet team, managing records, engaging suppliers, optimising fleet operations, processing invoices and purchase orders, and managing Roadside Store operations.Scheduling preventive maintenance, tracking repairs, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.Monitoring and enforcing compliance with regulations, promoting safety policies, and maintaining industry standards.Using fleet management software, analysing performance data, and generating reports to improve efficiency.Building relationships with drivers, vendors, suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders for better performance. What You’ll BringMinimum 5 years’ experience in fleet management or related fields.Proficiency in fleet management software, Excel, and organisational systems.Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and provide insights.Knowledge of transport regulations and compliance standards.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Autonomous, responsible, and self-driven attitude. What’s in it for you?
