We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Manager: Financial Planning to drive excellence in financial advisory services. This role is crucial in ensuring financial planners are equipped to provide Money Management & Advisory-approved solutions effectively, following the six-step financial planning process while adhering to regulatory requirements and SBG policies.Key responsibilities include:Providing guidance and support to financial planners to enhance service delivery.Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.Overseeing the completion of mandatory training interventions, including FAIS, KYC, product knowledge, risk, and compliance.This role demands a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, professional development, and best practices in financial planning.
