We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee daily operations of the recreation department, ensuring high service standards and facility maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise daily recreation operations and team schedules.Maintain clean, well-equipped facilities, including badminton and tennis courts.Plan and execute a variety of recreational activities and special events tailored to guest interests.Drive revenue by promoting and upselling offerings to guests.Train and mentor team members in customer service and recreation operations.Collaborate with other departments to enhance our resort offerings and provide regular performance updates.
