We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Manager, Enablement & Implementation to join our Roadside division and lead a high-performing team in shaping and executing strategic goals across member, colleague, and commercial operations.What you'll doAs a key member of the leadership team, you’ll:Lead a team of operational, enablement, and performance reporting professionalsSet clear performance expectations, provide mentorship, and foster skill developmentCollaborate with senior and executive leadership to deliver commercial and project outcomesDrive strategic planning aligned with divisional goals, including market analysis and operational efficiencyIdentify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancementsChampion continuous improvement and innovation across operations.Partner with technology and digital leaders to support vendor selection and business transformationFacilitate change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation of new strategiesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders through reports, presentations, and data-driven insightsParticipate in cross-functional working groups across the Roadside division and broader organisationConduct financial analysis and forecasting to assess the impact of strategic initiativesWhat you'll bring3–5 years’ experience in a similar strategic operations roleProven success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projectsStrong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to translate strategy into actionable initiativesExcellent communication and presentation skillsDesirable:Experience in subscription-based business modelsTertiary qualifications in business, economics, or commerceAdvanced qualifications; MBA, Masters or industry related program Worked and skilled in Agile practicesUnderstanding of frontline operations, including contact centre environmentsWhat's in it for you?At the NRMA we aren’t just about discounts (although you do get these too).
