Senior Partnership Manager

We’re looking for a strong relationship-focused Senior Partnership Manager to join our Group Life – Major Accounts team. You’ll be the main contact for key corporate and trustee partners, supporting them across claims, technology, member experience, and regulatory requirements. You’ll also take ownership of product renewals, digital initiatives, and operational tasks, working closely with the Head of Partnerships and teams across Claims, Technology, Product, and Corporate Affairs.This is a 12-month contract, based out of our Sydney commencing in the new year as soon as possible.What you’ll do:Lead and strengthen relationships with key corporate and trustee partners.Support operational partner needs and strategic initiatives like product renewals and digital programs.Collaborate with internal teams to improve partner experience and operational efficiency.Use data and partner feedback to drive continuous improvement.Represent TAL with professionalism and proactive problem-solving.
