Food and Beverage Supervisor

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will primarily support with leading and supporting the teams in the various outlets (Restaurant, Bar, Breakfast and Conference and Events). This emerging leader will know how to motivate a team, make genuine connections with guests and extend assistance to other operations where needed.Ensuring that the outlet is running smoothly and all tasks are completed efficientlyLead our front-of-house team to deliver a seamless experience for all guests Problem solving –you never know what’s going to happen but need to be resourceful with resolving issuesLiaise with other departments in the hotel and assist other outlets when neededTrain new team members and share your knowledge with the team
