Civil Engineering Lead - Brownfield

We’re looking for a Civil Engineering Lead – Brownfield to join our Sydney team.This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in a collaborative environment, working across disciplines to deliver innovative solutions. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brownfield capability – leading projects, contributing hands-on engineering expertise, and leveraging the support of our Structures, Water and Civil teams to secure and deliver larger, integrated projects.Your day-to-day will see you:Leading the delivery of brownfield civil engineering projects.Bringing in your own work and collaborating across teams to win larger, multidisciplinary projects.Providing hands-on engineering expertise while also guiding and supporting others.Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to a robust pipeline of work.Working closely with the Building Structures, Water and Civil teams to deliver integrated solutions.This role offers the opportunity to grow a key capability for Egis, combining technical excellence, client engagement and leadership.
