We are more than a transportation company. Forward is a single resource for your shipping needs. Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Load/ unload freight from trucks and trailers.

Securing freight and removing equipment used to secure freight.

Packing and repacking freight.

Attaching/ removing trailer identifiers (magnets and some decals).

Collecting/ giving ppw from/ to drivers.

Docking/ parking trailers including moving them in the yard as needed.

Cleaning freight/ prepping trailers for use (including ID of any damage to trailer and reporting it for repairs).

Keeping warehouse in clean/ working order or according to supervisor's instruction.

Completing orders expressed by customer or supervisor.

Maintaining warehouse inventory including scanning/ marking and or labeling freight and ppw.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. manually.

Must get a DOT physical to assist with local pickups/ deliveries if required by supervisor.

Must speak fluent English.

Must have a comfortable use of email, networking programs (including slack, teams), and spreadsheets (including airtable and excel).

Must be flexible with shift hours based on operational demand.
