Assist in the establishment of books of account for the division including sales/ receivables, purchases/payables/payments, fixed assets, general ledger, taxes and financial statements.
Receipt and reconciliation of all OEM customer payments, debit and credit memo discrepancies, and irreconcilable items.
Contact customers for all escalated OEM collection issues, debit and credit memo discrepancies and irreconcilable items.
Prepare month-end closing activities, analyses and quarterly schedules as required to adequately document the financial position of Fuel Systems.
Assist with the establishment and maintenance of the division’s ability to monitor profitability on a product by product basis.
Who we are looking for
Must have strong understanding of US-GAAP
Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must possess high sense of urgency
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
ERP system experience, preferably SAP
Excellent Negotiation, relationship building and confronting skills
Your preferred qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
CPA preferred
1-3 years of experience in accounting
1-3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment preferred
