Operations Manager

Operations:Oversee and optimise overall operations, implementing strategies to ensure high-quality, efficient production, delivery, and service.Develop strategy and execute plans to meet budget and growth targets, while optimising cost-effectiveness and resource allocation.Implement systems for knowledge management and continuous improvement across all business areas.Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and encourage and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing operational team, providing mentorship and guidance to Operational Teams.Collaborate closely with all departments of Lex Medicus to ensure successful implementation and execution of overall budget and strategic initiatives.Oversee recruitment, induction, and training of new staff, including regular supervision and performance management of team members.Foster a customer-focused organisational culture committed to service excellence.A ‘hands on” leadership style.Loyalty and ability to inspire and lead a very committed and professional team who have great pride in the organisation.General:Collaborate with all departments to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.Maintain active knowledge of work health and safety practices, adhering to all policies and procedures.Undertake project work and complete required training as determined by the business.Promote and support practices that are inclusive, responsive, safe, and accessible #Lex Medixus
