ResponsibilitiesYou’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:Deliver a high level of customer service to both customers and store managementEnsure a safe and secure shopping environment through regular patrols of the shop floor, back areas and changing roomsDetain and deter shoplifters in line with ASCONE guidelinesUse CCTV, where applicable, to detect and deter crimeMonitor CCTV where licensed to do soPerform key holding duties and staff searches as neededPlease note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role.
