Primary Responsibilities:Oversee and direct COPA Restaurant as an independent profit center, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and implementing rigorous cost control measures.Rigorously uphold and monitor service, food, and beverage standards in alignment with 25hours Guidelines & Standards, ensuring the authentic Latin dining experience is delivered consistently.Foster exceptional guest relations by proactively addressing complaints, requests, and inquiries, ensuring an unparalleled dining experience that reflects Latin hospitality.Provide strong leadership, continuous training, and career development opportunities for team members. Conduct performance appraisals and enforce appearance and hygiene standards.Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure an impeccable fusion of authentic Latin cuisine and premium service, enhancing guest satisfaction.Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, financial reporting, and continuous refinement of departmental procedures.Uphold and exemplify 25hours Values and Brand Standards while maintaining the essence of COPA as a premier Latin dining destination.Ensure full compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and local legislation, with a strong focus on fire safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
