Job Description
- Support end-to-end recruitment process
- Update job ds in the internal system and post it on social media sites such as linkedin
- Screen and shortlist resumes in talent pool
- Conduct initial interviews and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist and conduct new employee on-boarding alongside HRBP
- Assist with department's internal projects and events
- Support other administrative tasks in the HR department
- Gather and update employee databases with new employee information
Qualifications
- Undergraduate Students (min S1) from any major, preferably Human Resources Management and Psychology
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Keen to learn and proactive. Demonstrate leadership skill, communication and problem-solving skills
