 Ensures employee’s compliance with company standards and policies and external regulations.Encourages and motivates employees to perform their best, takes responsibility for tasks and assignments, makes decisions and provides input on possible improvements.Coordinates tasks and works with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently Supports all co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect.Handles sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.Ensures uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.Provides assistance to co-workers, ensuring they understand their tasks.Posts all necessary legal or regulatory notices related to Human Resources to be visible to all employees as required by law.Monitors all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.Assists employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.Monitors and assists managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues.Coordinates and conducts applicant reference checks, background checks, and social Insurance in accordance with company procedures.Communicates to all applicants receiving a job offer the necessary documentation required to bring on first day of employment in order to complete employment verification forms.Creates new employee personnel file.Assists with orientation of new employees.Maintains confidentiality and security of employee and property records, files, and information.Creates and maintains filing systems.To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings.
