We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Finance to join our executive leadership team at our all-inclusive collection resort in Sharm El Sheikh. This role is critical in ensuring financial excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance across all departments while supporting business growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hospitality finance, exceptional leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to financial planning and analysis.Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing, and compliance.Develop and implement robust financial controls and policies to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.Collaborate with the General Manager, executive committee, and department heads to drive profitability and support strategic decision-making.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company standards and local regulations.Ensure compliance with all local tax laws, labor laws, and financial regulations.Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure plans to optimize the resort’s financial performance.Lead the finance team by setting clear goals, providing training and development, and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities as required.Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.Provide insight and recommendations to improve revenue, reduce costs, and maximize return on investment.Lead the resort’s financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, purchasing, payroll, and audit functions.Monitor key performance indicators and prepare timely, accurate financial reports and analyses for senior management and ownership.Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.Manage cash flow, cost control, and inventory to optimize profitability and operational performance.Supervise and develop the finance team to ensure high levels of accuracy, professionalism, and service.Collaborate with department heads to support financial decision-making and business strategies.Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.Contribute to strategic planning and provide recommendations based on financial insights and data.
