As a PMC Logistics Coordinator you will…

Perform daily SAP transactions including production entries, material transfers, picking orders/shipments, etc. for all bulk material produced from PMC production and Dispensing Room.

Responsible for (Physical vs. SAP) inventory accuracy.

Order raw materials, feed material, and packaging materials for the production area.

Coordinate with lab on finished product analysis to insure on time shipments.

Manage final product disposition, track shipment dates, and work closely with shipping and customer service to coordinate shipments.

Assist in entering Labvantage sample requests and have knowledge to access Labvantage information for technical support functions. Request copy overs of specs in Labvantage.

Assemble data and produce reports, such as production records, tracking scrap, production yields.

Pulling and shipping raw material and finished goods samples for process engineers, R&D and customer requirements.

Provide and manage filing system for all production records. Responsible for records retention per company policy.

Provide and locate information for environmental monitoring, production, quality testing, and safety management.

Maintaining the GHS label system for the production areas.

Communicate closely with process engineers, customer service, shipping/receiving, lab, and production planner to ensure all logistical requirements are met.

Perform consumption/production transactions (CORKing) and manage the process orders.

Balance and TECO the process orders upon completion.

Reconcile the leftover raw materials, manage WIP and FG materials to ensure correct amounts are transferred between the warehouse and production.

Label, Pick and pack the sales orders for bulk PMC materials and get information to Shipping in a timely fashion to ensure we make our shipment commitments to the customers.

Cycle-count responsible areas and make inventory corrections.

Process invoices and work cycles and complete data entry for waste and wastewater disposal.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED - required.

Experience operating a forklift.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Proficient with SAP - preferred

2-3 years’ experience in chemical manufacturing or manufacturing environment, previous experience in catalyst manufacturing or refining considered a plus.

Technical or logistics training - preferred.
