The full Pay Range is $146,900.00 - $272,700.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.BENEFITSEmployees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. We also offer health care and dependent care flexible spending accounts, as well as health savings accounts, to eligible employees. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Additional details regarding BECU Benefits can be found here .IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:The Director Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence (BI) will partner with senior leaders across BECU to deliver innovative enterprise data, business intelligence and analytics solutions, The Director Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence is a strategic role and will develop a vision, plan, and operating model for BECU’s Enterprise Data and Business Intelligence, and Applied Insights products. This role is responsible for up leveling BECU’s data-driven decision-making capabilities by introducing new analytical and BI Products to our analysts and business teams and by continuously improving our data driven culture. This role will collaborate with the functional and product groups that manage BECU’s data to design innovative and effective analytic solutions in support of targeted product, operational, and business priorities and objectives.WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Strategic Roadmap and Best Practices for Enterprise Business Intelligence and Data Products : Collaborate with business, analytics, and Tech partners to ensure that the roadmap creates business value with technically sound solutions and seek out opportunities to apply innovations that address member and employee needs.

Partnering Cross-Functionally with Business Units : Provide value through actionable enterprise business intelligence, identifying emerging trends or potential opportunities by merging internal and external data, enabling monetization opportunities.

Shared Vision, Strategy, Priority, and Best Practices Development : Create best-in-class Enterprise Business Intelligence, enabling analytics and insights on the highest priority use cases.

Visualization, Dashboarding, and Reporting Capabilities Development : Recommend Enterprise Data models and products, Business Intelligence, and Analytics technologies based on demand.

Implementation of Business Intelligence and Analytic Solutions : Provide direction to the Enterprise Data and Analytic team on developing self-service data, BI and analytic products.

Innovation in Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics : Apply productionized insights generated through data science, ML, and AI approaches to drive and motivate innovation.

Robust Measurement Frameworks Development : Enable leadership to clearly understand business and product performance, operational readiness, and prioritize enterprise KPIs

Analytics Operational Excellence : Identify and execute initiatives that create efficiencies and focus on continuous improvement of programs and projects through automation and process enhancement.

Automated Enterprise Dashboarding Development : Develop automated enterprise dashboarding for Senior leadership and the Board of Directors.

Coaching, Mentoring, and Training : Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to develop and encourage employee performance.

Additional Duties : Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent work or educational experience required.

Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise data management required.

Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence applied insights using advanced methodologies required.

Minimum 5 years of people leader experience required.

Demonstrated experience driving business outcomes required.

Deep Enterprise Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Insights functional expertise and leadership experiences across complex and large, data-driven businesses required.

Demonstrated experience driving enterprise Business Intelligence insights solutions in Cloud based environments such as Azure is required.

Experience leveraging data and analytics tools, platforms, and technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Denodo, R, Python, SQL etc., required.

Ability to communicate complex issues/ideas with clarity, and implications to Credit Union strategy and value creation required.

Experience leading project teams and mentoring data management and BI leaders required.

Ability to work with senior leaders in both business and technology to anticipate, interpret, and challenge thinking when appropriate to align organizational goals and resources.

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced degree preferred.

Experience integrating Data Science, AI, and ML into business intelligence and analytical insights preferred.
