Title- Desktop Support EngineerLocation- 2 Position open for Raleigh, NC and 2 Positions open for Gastonia, NCDuration : 6 + Months Pay Rate : $15-17/hr on W2JD- Key Responsibilities:On-Site Support: Respond to client queries and provide on-site technical assistance.Network Maintenance: Ensure consistent operation of client networks, including routers, servers, and other hardware.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.Installation and Configuration: Set up new hardware, software, and operating systems.Training and Assistance: Provide training and technical support to end-users.Documentation: Maintain records of issues and solutions in a ticketing system.Collaboration: Work with other IT professionals to ensure seamless support.
