We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead and inspire our housekeeping team at one of our largest and most prestigious properties, Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort.This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished professional to play a key role in upholding the resort’s high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Include: Ensure a high standard of cleanliness is evident throughout the property in Housekeeping (in rooms, public and common areas)Build a productive and professional relationship with Housekeepers staff members, Housekeepers clients and all contractor personalLead and manage the housekeeping team to consistently deliver exceptional cleaning services that exceed guest expectationsOversee and facilitate daily on-the-job training for all housekeeping staff, ensuring continuous skill development and adherence to high standards.Maintain comprehensive and accurate records related to finances, maintenance, and inventory, ensuring efficient operational management.Spearhead the recruitment process for the housekeeping team, ensuring the selection of qualified and capable candidates who align with organizational standards and values.
