Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in the non-profit industry, based in Piedmont, South Carolina. The role involves assisting in organizing events, liaising with partners, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials. This position requires a flexible schedule, and it is a crucial part of our team.Responsibilities: Assist in the booking and organization of events, specifically blood drives. Act as a liaison with coordinators at partnering businesses to ensure smooth running of events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for events. Manage email marketing campaigns to promote events and engage with potential participants. Handle direct marketing campaigns to increase awareness and participation in events. Maintain and manage key accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Schedule events and coordinate necessary resources to ensure successful implementation. Handle event coordination, from planning to execution, ensuring all details are taken care of. Manage event handling, dealing with any issues or problems that may arise during the event. Perform account maintenance duties, ensuring all accounts are managed effectively. Requirements Significant experience in Email Marketing Demonstrated ability in Direct Marketing Campaigns Proficiency in Account Management and Account Maintenance Experience in Key Account Management Proven ability in Scheduling tasks and deadlines Experience in Coordinating Events, Event Coordination, and Event Handling Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Knowledge and understanding of the non-profit sector Proficiency in using marketing software and tools Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Excellent problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
