Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, along with the support of a dedicated recruiter & trainer, we'll help you build the dream team! More specifically, you will:Monitor the sales team’s individual & team performance against KPIs and develop coaching plans, to help drive sales  Assist the Program Manager in the development of recruitment, training & retention strategy, to achieve the budgeted headcount and ensure the team is performingConduct individual & group training/coaching with the sales teamProvide support to the Program Manager and able to step up and relieve the Program Manager, as requiredWork between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, from our Parramatta officeAbout YouOur ideal candidate would be a natural sales professional with a passion for coaching and development.
