The role involves close collaboration with the Finance Solutions team, key system vendors, and the IT department to resolve system issues and drive continuous enhancement of the Finance systems landscape.Day to day you will:Provide 1st level support for Finance and Business users on D365, Blackline, Concur, and credit card inquiries. Triage all tickets across the Finance Solution Queues, ensuring correct assignment and timely escalation of high-priority issues to the Head of Finance Solutions.Collaborate with Finance and Group Technology to embed processesMaintain support tickets according to SLAs for user-friendly call tracking, and proactively communicate with users to manage expectations effectively.
