This is a pivotal role focused on driving initiatives that embed organisational values, enhance employee wellbeing, and champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI) at Nine. You will work closely with the Head of Organisational Culture and Inclusion to implement strategies that create a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.Day-to-day, you will:Consult, co-design, and implement initiatives to foster a culture aligned with Nine’s valuesLead culture and engagement initiatives and proactively act on feedbackLead elements of Nine’s DEIB strategy, ensuring it's informed by a deep understanding of employee perspectives.Support and report on DEIB progress, identifying areas for continuous improvementApply change management methodologies to support effective communicationAct as a trusted source of truth across P&C for culture and inclusion programsPartner with other P&C leaders to integrate culture, safety, and inclusion practicesDevelop and implement employee listening strategies, including surveys and feedback mechanisms, to gain actionable insights and inform culture change
