Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Staff Analyst to support the Fabrication Emergent Operations Team based out of North Charleston, South Carolina.Successful candidates will have the ability to work with all levels of leadership, lead projects, and work with a diverse team.Position Responsibilities :

Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives

Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan

Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings

Organizes, develops, and leads meetings inclusive of content

Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources

Delivers informational or technical materials

Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options

Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget

Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants

Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements

Monitors, develops and deploys localized training content

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3 + years of experience with developing plans and supporting employee related activities and initiatives (all manager meetings; all-team meetings, employee survey action plans etc.)

3 + years of experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources, summarizes findings; develops conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources

3 + years of experience composing documents in Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

3+ years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior or higher leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

3+ years of experience using interfaces and tools such as Webex and all manner of conference room hardware

3 years' experience creating executive level briefings

Experience with Server share access and ownership management
