Small Group Reading Teacher (Interventionist, In-Person)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Small Group Reading Teacher to support students in developing foundational reading skills. This role involves working with small groups of students in a pull-out setting to provide targeted instruction, monitor student progress, and support literacy growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students succeed and enjoys working in a collaborative educational environment.Key Responsibilities:Provide small group reading instruction focused on phonics, fluency, comprehension, and vocabulary.Use data to plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to students’ individual needs.Conduct regular progress monitoring and maintain records of student performance.Collaborate with classroom teachers and support staff to align instruction and share insights.Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.Participate in professional development and staff meetings as needed.
