Uniforms and Training at no cost to you!ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:

Engage in the performance of all phases of locksmith work, including but not limited to the maintenance of mechanical and electronic locks

Install and maintains locking system, including but not limited to mechanical locks, electronic locks, computerized locks, and access systems Manage activities and requests from external auditors during annual audit examination

Aid in the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date electronic records of all locking devices and keys in use on the facility to include pertinent information on personnel to whom keys are issued Train senior and staff accountants as appropriate, to ensure that accounting team activities are completed accurately in a timely manner

Maintain electronic locks and the user databases needed to operate the locks and maintain access control, programming, and repair of Card Access Control Systems

Diagnose problems that arise from inoperable mechanisms on outside/inside doors, card access controllers, and card swipe pads; investigate communication problems involving computer modems; installs electronic magnets on perimeter doors and maintains the wiring and power supplies that control them

Develop and carry out preventive maintenance schedules and applies them to the activities of the locksmith office as directed

Create requisitions; maintain responsibility of the equipment, materials, tools, and supplies necessary for proper installation; maintenance and repair of locking mechanisms

Submit written recommendations and reports as required and performs other duties as assigned

Type and Length of Specific Experience Required:

A minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing locksmith services

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT:

Office environment with little to no exposure to extreme heat or cold

Major activities include working on PC while sitting, walking, standing, speaking, listening, observing

Physical effort is limited, to include some standing, bending, light lifting, and limited stretching and reaching

Must be able to submit to drug screening to the extent permissible by law
