Position : Full Time Bus DriverLocation : North Charleston, SCASRC Federal Field Services provides federal government agencies a complete spectrum of operations and maintenance, facilities management, logistics and business process support services. We strive to not only meet our customers' needs, but help them overcome challenges as well.ASRC Federal Field Services is seeking a Full Time Bus Driver at our FLETC base in North Charleston, SC.Work Schedule: Day, Nights and Weekend Hours are required. Hours will vary (typically 30/40 a week). Transportation operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.Essentials Job Functions:
Drivers are required to drive 15 passenger vans, 37 passenger buses and 55 passenger buses transporting students to and from the airport, hotels, dorms, and various other locations depending on requirements set by the Government.
Drivers are required to follow all traffic safety guidelines and follow all DOT regulations.
Drivers are required to do daily pre/post trip assessments of the bus/van following the established DOT regulations.
Drivers are required to clean the buses/vans at the end of each shift.
Drivers are required to wash the buses/vans weekly.
Drivers should possess basic customer service skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must have a valid SC CDL license with a passenger endorsement and a clean driving history.
Must be able to communicate effectively with others, and work efficiently under pressure.
Must be able to work well with a team.
