Job Description:As a General Laborer, you’ll play a vital role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:Material Handling:
Safely move materials within the shop floor.
Assist in transporting raw materials, finished products, and supplies as needed.
Machine Operating Support:
Collaborate with machine operators to ensure smooth production flow.
Assist with machine setup, loading/unloading, and basic operation tasks.
Housekeeping:
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Dispose of waste properly and follow housekeeping protocols.
Powder Coat and Materials Prep:
Support the powder coating process by preparing materials.
Follow guidelines for surface preparation and coating application.
Manual Labor Tasks:
Expect to perform physically demanding tasks.
Lift, carry, and handle materials as required.
General Labor Experience:
Previous experience in a general labor role is preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and shop environments.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to handle manual labor tasks efficiently.
Comfortable lifting and moving heavy objects.
