Typically, working hours range from 50-70 hours per week, usually starting at 7:00 am- 5:00 pm, with potential overnight work for large concrete pours. Work on Saturdays may be necessary. The role involves regular sitting, handling objects, reaching, talking, and hearing. It may also involve occasional standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. Regular lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required.
