Rework inspector

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:Sorts, packages, and binds acceptable product.Able to use tools such as calipers and tape measures to properly measure the product.Able to use banding tools and band cutters to repackage the product.Understands schedules and daily reporting forms.Able to learn the different defects of the products, good eyesightAble to stand for long periodsAble to work 8 hour shifts in varying temperatures inside and outside.Able to operate some machinery such as sawsMaintain a clean and safe work area, sweeping and dustingAble to work overtime if needed and weekendsAble to wear eye protection, ear protection and protective shoe wearForklift operationMust be able to use computer and RF gunOther duties may be assignedEducation/Experience:High school diploma or GEDAbility to read and writeExperience using computers and ExcelIndustrial manufacturing experience preferredRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Willing to be trained to drive a forkliftWears proper PPE when and where required.Must have basic math skillsReasonable interpersonal skillsAble to work as a team member with a diverse workforceMust be able to see different shades of color and patterns
