Alliance Property Services is a common area property service company interested in hiring full time Pool Operators/POR for various swimming pool routes in the Myrtle Beach area as well as HOUSE-PERSONS (MAINTENANCE PERSON) for our high rise properties.
Early mornings are a requirement for pool routes. Applicants must be able to lift to 50 pounds, have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license. Training and certification classes are available for those who are not certified. We are looking for Full time, year around and would consider part time as well depending on circumstance.
For the Houseman/person position we have the evening shifts and offer incentives. (17.00 +)
For there pool position, APS provides uniforms, car allowance, and fuel reimbursement, all equipment and supplies Hourly pay is based on certification and experience but starts at $17.00 (up to 20.00 with certification management level experience). Vacation is offered after one year of service.
