Medium sized shop. We work on everything from auto and boat engines to amusement devices.
Local company in Myrtle Beach looking for a qualified Technician to ensure operation & maintenance of our fleet of vehicles, along with amusement rides and devices. Technicians inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish all equipment and their subsystems. This is a full-time, year 'round position. Long hours, late nights and or weekends are possible during Summer months.
Skills Required:
Background in auto and machine repair, including the ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems.
Experience in using instrumentation and measuring equipment, (Multimeter, caliper, etc.)
Ability to read and comprehend both mechanical and electrical schematics and drawings.
Prior experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) is a plus.
Candidates must possess a strong work ethic and safety sensitivity.
Must have excellent electrical and mechanical trouble shooting skills.
