One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Charleston is seeking a Lead Install Technician who will be responsible for the complete and satisfactory installation of residential HVAC equipment and accessories.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the work of Assistant Installation Technician to ensure work is performed correctly.
Installs heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment, as well as accessories, following company standards/requirements and manufacturer specifications.
Designs, fabricates, and installs various ducts and duct fittings as necessary.
Performs diagnostics, as necessary.
Maintains a clean work area and inspects the area for cleanliness after job completion.
Effectively communicates with the customer regarding questions, concerns, and problems.
Mentors the development of Assistant Installation Technician.
Responsible for the delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete installation work.
Maintains the company vehicle, ensuring cleanliness and organization, both inside and out.
Maintains a professional image, at all times.
Compensation & Benefits:
Earn top pay, with the ability to control and grow your income annually, starting at $35/hr based on experience

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
