You are able to be able perform at 90%+ efficiency as in work 40 hours and turn min 35-60 hrs a week. If you do not understand the last sentence, there is no reason to apply for this job.
The shop is air conditioned making it a comfortable 75° all summer because the heat here is tough!
We will pay up to 35hr flat rate for a quality tech and….
We are only looking for a quality tech.
We want a Tech that is driven, organized, and have experience working on all makes and model vehicles.
As a quality tech at great flat rate pay, you should own tools (we supply specialized equipment and tools, if you do not have the typical tools needed for this job, move along. A real tech understands that. We want a self sufficient person who can produce quality work and get paid well in exchange.
Not a entry level to borrow everyones tools.
This is a position requires a high degree of motivation and positive outlook even when it seems to go wrong.
It takes someone who is confident, qualified and thorough and wants to make a great income while being proud of their
A driver's license and clean driving record are necessary for these positions. Driving cars to confirm the vehicle is safe and repaired right the first time is a REQUIREMENT

As stated we are a family driven team here so this means
A background check we do is a requirement for employment.
Any theft, vandalism sex offenders can kick rocks to be real. Not dealing with any of that.
