Position Overview:
As a Sales Professional at Weather Shield Roofing, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and assisting them with improving the most important investment of their lives. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and provide roofing solutions.
Present and explain roofing products, services, and warranties to potential clients.
Obtain and retain clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, roofing, or home improvement industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Knowledge of roofing systems and materials is a plus but not required (we provide training!).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
