Job Overview:
Are you a crystal fanatic who can tell the difference between amethyst and quartz at a glance? Do you have a knack for spreading good vibes and love talking about all things metaphysical? Are you simply interested in learning about crystals? Then you might just be the person we’re looking for!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional online and offline customer service with a smile that could rival the sun’s rays.
- Help customers select crystals and metaphysical items tailored to their unique needs (no pressure to read their aura unless you’re into that).
- Keep our online store looking as magical as a unicorn’s hideaway.
- Handle online sales transactions with the grace of a monk and the speed of a cheetah.
- Share your knowledge to help us grow!
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for crystals, metaphysics, and spreading positive energy.
- Excellent communication skills—both with people and, occasionally, with inanimate objects (it happens).
- Previous experience is a plus, but if you can charm us, we’re willing to overlook it.
- Ability to lift crystals! (Some can be heavy but still manageable!)
