We are currently seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, and scheduling meetings.
Assist with preparing accounting reports, presentations, and data management.
Provide support as needed.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Quickbooks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Spanish is a plus, but not required.
