We are in need of a person that sets appointments with people that have already expressed an interest in our services. Newberry Home Improvement specializes in 2-day kitchen and 2-day bath remodeling projects. Homeowners will either come into the showroom, they will call in, or they go through our website to express interest. The person in this role will be expected to help them through the process of setting an appointment.
Daytime hours are M-F from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The duties performed and qualifications include the following:
Enjoy assisting others whether in person or on the phone
Enjoy helping with basic interior design choices
Professional - this person is the initial contact that homeowners have with the company
Ability to work by oneself during the day
5 years of experience working in a customer service role
